Reader Question (Africa): I have a christian brother whose spirit I like so much but please how can I make him my friend to enable me learn from him whiles men when you start to approach them especially we the youth we think bad please I need your advice
A good friendship is something very precious. God is the Creator of "relationship" or friendship; therefore, I want to encourage you to commit all your friendships to God. Ask Him to join your friendships together. You have a purpose in life and there are people whose purpose is meant to connect with yours. Ask God to show you these people.
God tells us in His Word that if you want a friend you have to show yourself to be friendly. He also says that one sharp, wise individual will sharpen another person. Be friendly and encourage godliness in your current friendships. God will continue to bring good friends to you and if it’s His will, this brother. Commit this to God and trust Him. |
